Acquisition of Docklands Minibuses Limited

London General announced today the acquisition of Docklands Minibuses Limited.

John Trayner, London General’s Managing Director, said:-

“The purchase of Docklands Minibuses Limited represents our opportunity to enter the East London Bus market. The performance of the existing management and staff provides a sound basis for further development and it is my intention to capitalise on this expertise. Docklands Minibuses will continue to operate as an autonomous unit within its own right.”
